1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between og365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the og365 website, app, or any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all services on og365, including live casino, sports betting, slot games, fishing games, and other gaming products. Individual games or promotions may have their own additional rules, which supplement these general Terms.

1.2 Changes to Terms

2. Account Registration

A personal account must be created in order to use services on og365. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be cancelled and funds held may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, og365 must be informed.

2.2 Registration Eligibility

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh or must be accessing the service from Bangladesh.
• The applicant must be mentally capable and able to make their own decisions.
• The applicant must not have been previously banned from og365.

3. Age Verification

og365 is a responsible gaming platform. This service is open only to those aged 21 and above. At the time of registration and when required thereafter, og365 may ask for valid identification documents to verify age, such as:

4.1 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the og365 support team immediately. og365 will not be held responsible for any loss to the account if not reported in a timely manner.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, renting, or transferring any account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant accounts will be cancelled.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

og365 processes transactions through commonly used mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Approved deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• The mobile number or bank account used for a deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• A withdrawal request may be rejected if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Transaction Verification

og365 may request additional verification information for any transaction. Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) policy is a legal obligation of og365. og365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while a suspicious transaction is under investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

og365 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. All bonuses have their own terms and conditions, and specific wagering requirements must be met before they can be activated.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 20 times (20x) the combined total of the bonus and the original deposit must be completed.

6.2 Important Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• og365 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer for any reason.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Program

The og365 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on og365 are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures equal opportunity for all players.

7.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. og365 may change betting limits at any time.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game session, og365 reserves the right to cancel that round and the bet amount will be returned. og365 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by server disconnection.

7.3 Disputes Over Game Results

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on og365 and will result in account cancellation if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods in any game.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Rude behavior or harassment toward other players.
• Using stolen identities or payment methods.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The process will be completed upon notifying the support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension by og365

og365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

10. Responsible Gaming

og365 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We encourage our members to enjoy games in a healthy way.

• Issues with third-party software or devices.
• Unexpected server maintenance or system updates.

Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved amicably wherever possible. If unresolved, it will be settled in accordance with applicable law.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
